Andrew is an Associate in Cooper Grace Ward’s Corporate/Commercial group, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, corporate advisory and financial services law.
Andrew acts for listed and unlisted clients across a broad range of industries and is highly focused on delivering practical legal solutions for his clients.
Andrew has a keen interest in corporate finance and is currently completing a post-graduate qualification in the area.
Andrew also has experience working in-house on secondment with one of Australia’s largest institutional funds managers.
