Accredited Family Law Specialist Genevieve Dee is a senior associate in Cooper Grace Ward’s family law team.

In 2009, Genevieve was awarded the Women Lawyers Association of Queensland Emergent Lawyer of the Year Award.

Genevieve has experience in all aspects of family law, including parenting and property matters, financial and relationship agreements, spousal maintenance and child support issues.

While an experienced court advocate, Genevieve's focus is on providing clients with practical and strategic advice to assist in the early resolution of matters.

Genevieve is a contributing author to the CCH publication, Australian Master Family Law Guide and the Queensland Law Handbook. Genevieve has also written articles on various aspects of family law for the Queensland Law Society publications Proctor and Verdict.

Genevieve is on the Council of the Queensland Law Society, a member of the Queensland Law Society's Family Law Section and a member of the Queensland Law Society's Committee of Management.

Genevieve was also elected Treasurer of the Women Lawyers Association of Queensland for 2011-2012.

Genevieve is also a member of the Law Council of Australia’s Family Law Section, and the Queensland Family Law Practitioners Association. She also contributes as a volunteer solicitor at the Women's Legal Service.
 

Scott's expertise includes commercial and compliance law, and providing support services to professional advisors.

Scott provides a range of support services for accountants, financial planners and other professional advisors on superannuation and compliance. This includes advising on the consequences of transactions (including taxation consequences), transaction and contract structuring, the effect of changing legislative requirements and proactively developing new documents and procedures to deal with changing legislative requirements.

Scott regularly provides training sessions on superannuation and revenue issues.
