Our experience in migration law includes:
- Working on the section 457 temporary long stay visa, and labour agreements
- Appearing before the Joint Migration Committee in relation to the inquiry regarding changes to the section 457 visa
- Proposing amendments to the Migration Act
- Providing advice to clients regarding their obligations under the Migration Act and assisting with sponsorship requirements and compliance.
