PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT - Employment and Workplace Relations Half-Day Training Programs

Cooper Grace Ward’s half-day training programs offer practical guidance to employers in managing complex workplace issues. Participants attending these interactive programs will gain useful knowledge about the relevant legal risks, rights and responsibilities of employers and how to manage legal and employment issues from a practical perspective.

Cooper Grace Ward is running the following programs that will benefit in-house legal advisors, managers and HR professionals. Training programs can also be tailored to suit your business.

All half-day training programs run from 8.30am - 12.30pm and include morning tea. All programs are $440 per person including GST.

Belinda is a partner in our Employment and Workplace Relations team, and specialises in employment law, industrial relations,discrimination and safety.

She regularly provides assistance to clients in developing a broad range of employment contracts and workplace policies. She provides advice to clients in managing various employment issues such as workplace injuries, employee misconduct or poor performance and termination of employment. She also provides assistance to clients in managing industrial issues such as enterprise bargaining, right of entry and industrial action.

Belinda conducts complex workplace investigations in response to safety related incidents or allegations of misconduct, as well as providing advice to clients about safety compliance matters.

As an experienced workplace trainer Belinda develops and delivers training programs for employers in the areas of her expertise.
