There are serious implications for employers arising from the Government's plan to introduce a uniform national law on Workplace Health and Safety. These laws will come into effect on 1 January 2012. In this seminar, Heinz Lepahe will review the removal of absolute duty and reverse onus of proof, officer duties, enforcement, and penalties.
