CGW’s Insurance Law team has recently been ranked as being one of Brisbane’s three leading law firms in the ‘ALB Guide’ for Insurance Law.
The ALB Guide is a series of detailed insights into specific practice areas, and their leading firms and lawyers. The most recent edition of ALB magazine focused on Insurance Law.
Telephone interviews were conducted with over 150 Australian and New Zealand companies and law firms with 79 responses to give detailed insights into specific practice areas and the leading firms and lawyers operating within them. The interviews were primarily conducted in the weeks from the 25th of February to the 18th March 2008.
CGW was ranked in the top three leading firms in Queensland in the Insurance Law area and as the results as the article discusses, we were polled very highly among clients Australia-wide. We were recommended for an ability to produce quality results and are considered ‘ahead of the pack’ in the Queensland Insurance Law market. Quentin Lanyon-Owen and Kevin Bartlett were praised for having ‘simply brilliant general insurance skills’ and Guy Hampson for his valued counsel and knowledge of the ‘intersection between medical and insurance law.’
